Do you require a deposit to reserve the date?
Yes, we require a non-refundable retainer (deposit) and a signed contract to officially secure your wedding date in our calendar. The remaining balance is typically due a few weeks before the wedding.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates—but feel free to reach out anytime to check our availability
We take on a limited number of weddings per year to ensure every couple receives our full attention, energy, and creativity. Once our calendar is full, we close bookings for the season—so if you feel a connection with our work, don’t wait too long to reach out.
Do you charge for travel or accommodations?
Travel within Slovenia is included in our standard packages. For weddings outside Slovenia (or beyond a certain distance), travel and accommodation fees may apply. We always keep these costs transparent and reasonable.
How many hours of coverage do we get?
Our most popular wedding packages include 8 to 10 hours of coverage, which usually covers everything from getting ready to the first part of the party. We’ll help you choose the option that best fits your timeline.
Can we add extra hours if needed?
Absolutely. If your celebration runs longer or you want to capture more of the evening, you can add additional hours to your package. Just let us know in advance, or even on the day—we’re flexible!
Will you be the one shooting our wedding, or do you send associates?
We (Ines & Nika) are the photographers behind Soulsisters Weddings, and we personally photograph every wedding we book. You’ll always know who will be there capturing your day—we value trust and connection.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks, beautifully edited and ready to relive the magic. We also send a sneak peek within a few days so you can enjoy some early memories right away.
Do you offer albums?
Yes! We believe your images deserve to live beyond the screen. We offer high-quality, handcrafted albums designed in collaboration with you. It’s the perfect way to preserve your story in a tangible, timeless form.
